At Dad on a Mission, we’re all about equipping ministries, encouraging dads, and engaging communities—with a little faith and a lot of heart. Whether we’re helping faith partners get unstuck, cheering on dads in the daily grind, or building up neighborhoods that feel like family, we believe purpose, parenting, and people all matter deeply.
Led by my two personal core values - family and curiosity - everything I do is rooted here.

Family
Family comes first—it’s where love starts, faith grows, and real life happens. I believe family is the place where God shows up in the mess, the moments, and the memories. Many of my greatest learning moments start with a family story.
Curiousity
I believe curiosity is the starting point for growth. It’s about asking better questions, exploring new ideas, and staying open to learning—especially when things get uncomfortable. Curiosity keeps us moving forward, both at home and in the work we do.

I partner with churches and faith-based nonprofits to help them grow their reach, strengthen their teams, and deepen their impact. Through coaching, strategy, and practical tools, I work alongside leaders to turn vision into action—so they can serve more effectively and live out their mission with confidence.

Encouraging Dads
Being a dad is tough—and doing it alone can feel overwhelming. I create space for Christian dads to connect, grow, and encourage one another in faith. Through strengths-based coaching, biblical guidance, and real-talk conversations, I help dads lead their families with confidence, live out their calling, and show up with purpose in every season.
Engaging Communities
Strong communities are built when we see and serve those often overlooked. I work alongside churches, ministries, and local leaders—especially in rural areas facing poverty—to listen, learn, and respond with compassion. By combining practical resources with the hope of the Gospel, we can meet real needs, build lasting relationships, and reflect Christ’s love where it’s needed most.
